  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Kallngoo Travel and Adventure:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Trip Interruption or Changes:

  • Kallngoo Travel and Adventure is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by travelers due to trip interruptions, delays, or changes caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

  • Kallngoo Travel and Adventure reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
